At Ironman Martial Arts, we are dedicated to providing our students with professional martial arts training in a Christian environment. The style of martial arts we teach is based in the ancient Chinese art of Shaolin Kung Fu. We do not advocate fighting or physical violence of any type, and do not teach the martial arts for this purpose. We do teach the martial arts for: strength, coordination, balance, cardiovascular health, confidence, enjoyment, endurance, skill, and form. If you’re someone who has always wanted to try martial arts but never took the time to do so, come check us out! Your first class is always free, and there’s no obligation to sign a contract.

We are a Christian-based martial arts academy. We believe in the physical health benefits of the martial arts, but do not subscribe to the traditional philosophies of Buddhism, Taoism, enlightenment, or reincarnation, as many martial arts schools do. We believe Jesus Christ is the one and only way to salvation and eternal life, and that we are here on earth for God’s plans and purposes, not our own. We do believe in the importance of taking care of ones’ physical body, as the scriptures say our body is our temple, and having a healthy body and long life enables us to praise God with our lives and share the gospel of Jesus Christ with others. About Our Children’s Programs: We use a teaching system designed exclusively to meet the stages of development of each individual student. We use researched & proven methods that fit the learning and growing capabilities of all our students, starting at age 4. Our curriculums maximize training by matching physical, intellectual, emotional, and social stages.
