Tai Chi is a moving form of meditation. It offers therapeutic benefits, which include reducing stress, promoting balance and flexibility, and even easing arthritis pain.   Now teaching Yang short-form or Beijing-style. Come join us for an hour of stress-free relaxation.  Private classes also available.
